The base unit is a replacement for the CTI AIU that has an hour angle actuator with 3 phase  motor, a 24VDC pol drive motor and a Wiggler (Pol Offset) motor.   It is in a 12" X 12"   weatherproof housing with cable knock outs.  It replaces the contactor box and the original  AUI box.  It has a clearly labled euro terminal interface for all connections.  It has an ABB contactor with back diodes and mechanical lock out interface.

This is an AIU with the RC2000 integral to the AIU.  The customer supplied the dual single mode fiber RS-422 link to the tech core, where a dedicated laptop running BAS Autopilot software operates two antennas and 8 receivers.

 

This unit can be had with feet, (shown), or mounted by welded tabs at 4 locations. Mounting can be to the original CTI Plate, or on new unistrut placed on the antenna support legs.

 

The production unit is in a 24" X 24" X 8" NEMA 4 housing, made in the USA.
